If you need the goods bought as well, we quote the sourcing and the freight as one commercial arrangement on one invoice. Most importers start with freight and add sourcing later. You do not need to order both to start.
We are in Shanghai, China — the same city as the port and the factories. Our office, our team and our operations are all here, which means the person handling your shipment is in the same time zone as the cargo.
What the product is, roughly how many you need, and which country it ships to. If you have a drawing or a specification sheet, attach it — that is usually the difference between a useful first reply and a request for more detail. For freight, tell us what the cargo is, where it is now and where it is going.
T/T wire transfer, PayPal, and L/C for larger orders. Typically 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance before shipment, negotiable for long-term partnerships.
